Executive Bios


Vice President of Development

Joe Majestic co-founded The Ilya Salkind Company and was the Vice President of Production. While working closely with Salkind, he was a contributing architect of the Company's initial line-up of motion picture and television properties. He co-Executive Produced Young Alexander the Great and oversaw the development of Yeti: The Abominable Snowman project.

Prior, as an Independent Producer, Majestic packaged such feature films as Brew, to which he successfully attached Director Tobe Hooper of Poltergeist and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre fame. He also acquired the rights and developed the screenplay for the life story of Oscar-winning actress Shirley Jones and her comedian/agent husband Marty Ingels.

Majestic earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in film at California State University, Northridge. He continues his focus on developing and producing exciting, commercially viable projects for the worldwide audience.
